Grilled Mahi Mahi with Tropical Salsa and Plantains

2 pounds of Mahi Mahi or other white fish

Combine the following ingredients:
1 cup Vegetable Oil
1/2 cups Olive Oil
1/2 cups Soy Sauce
1/3 cups Orange Juice
1/4 cups Lemon Juice
2 tbsp Lime Juice
3 tbsp Fresh Cilantro
2 tbsp Minced Garlic
1 tsp Black Pepper
2 Bay Leaves

Combine the following ingredients:
1/2 cups Diced Tomato
1/2 cups diced papaya
1/4 cups diced pineapple
1/2 cups raspberry Vinegar
1/2 cups minced onion
2 tbsp Fresh Cilantro
2 tbsp Olive Oil

8 oz plantains

Preheat grill or broiler.  Place dish into oven, or place fish directly on grill for 8 minutes.  While fish is cooking, place plantains into fry pan and cook until warm.  Top fish with salsa before
