Mediterranean Burgers with Olive Tapenade

serves 4 to 6

Ingredients:
= Place small freezer bag in crock and add:   
== 1/4 cups chopped kalamata olives
== 1/4 cups chopped Spanish green olive
== 4 teaspoons minced fresh dill
== 4 teaspoons minced fresh parsley
== 1 tablespoon olive oil
== 2 tablespoons lemon juice
== 1/4 teaspoons white sugar
=Seal and set aside. 

Directions: 

=Place sheets of foil on work surface.   

=In mixing bowl combine the following:   
== 2/3 cups feta cheese
== 4 teaspoons lemon zest
== 1 teaspoon dried oregano
== 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary
== 1/4 teaspoons black pepper
== 2 bags of ground beef (2 pounds)
=Using gloves, mix until all ingredients are combined.   
=Divide meat mixture into 6 equal portions.     
=Form each portion into a burger patty, approximately 1/4" to  1/2" thick.   
=Individually wrap in foil sheets and place in large freezer bag.   

=Take 2 bags of hamburger buns (6 buns total)
   
   
Cooking Directions:
Defrost completely.  Preheat grill. Remove burgers from foil and grill until cooked, approximately 6 minutes per side.  Top with olive tapenade and serve on warm roll.   

Internal Temperature:  155° F
