Cheddar Cheese Meatloaf

Ingredients:

1    egg   
3/4 cup    skim milk   
1 teaspoon    salt   
1 pound    ground beef- I use chuck   
1 cup    shredded cheddar cheese   
1/2 cup    dry bread crumbs   
1/2 cup    diced Onion   
1 teaspoon    mustard   
1/4 cup    ketchup   
1/2 teaspoon    salt or to taste   
1/2 teaspoon    ground pepper or to taste   
   Topping for Meatloaves   
2/3 cup    ketchup   
1/2 cup    brown sugar   
1½ teaspoons    mustard   
   salt & pepper to taste    
 
Directions:
 
1 In a large bowl add:
2 1 egg
3 3/4 milk
4 1 teaspoon salt
5 1 pound ground beef
6 1 cup shredded cheddar
7 1/2 dry bread crumbs
8 1/2 diced onions
9 1 teaspoon mustard
10 1/4 ketchup
11 1/2 teaspoon salt
12 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
13 mix well.
14 Shape into 6 – 8 loaves and place in a 9×13 baking dish, or two smaller pans
15 In a small bowl combine
16 2/3 C. ketchup
17 1/2 C. Brown Sugar
18 1 1/2 teaspoons mustard.
19 Spoon over loaves
20 Cover and label take home
21 Cooking Direction:From Thawed Preheat oven to 350.and bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
22 From Frozen: Preheat oven and bake covered for 45 minutes, uncover after 45 minutes, check for doneness. If still raw inside put back into oven and bake another 20 minutes or until the centers of the meat loaves are no longer pink
23 Serve with Mashed potatoes
