Meal Assembly Recipes

In a sprayed 9 x 13 baking pan layer the following ingredients in the order given:

First layer:
4 corn tortillas
½ cup Dream Dinners enchilada sauce
2 ½ cups beef crumbles
½ cup grated cheese blend
¼ cup diced green onion

Second layer:
4 corn tortillas
½ cup Dream Dinners enchilada sauce
2 ½ cups beef crumbles
½ cup grated cheese blend
¼ cup diced green onion
¼ cup diced green chilies

Third layer:
4 corn tortillas
1 cup enchilada sauce
1 cup grated cheese blend
¼ cup diced green onion
¼ cup sliced black olives

Cooking Instructions:

1. Place pan on baking sheet & bake covered at 375°F for 50-60 min.
2. Remove cover & continue baking an additional 5-10 min. or until browned (min. 145°F).
